Registered member in practice and associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Holder of Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
Lee is an experienced Financial Director, Financial Controller, and Finance Manager in both SMEs and large international corporates. He has a proven capability across a range of industries including Defence, Manufacturing (Electronics, Healthcare, Metal Extrusion) Renewable Energy, and Retail gained over a period in excess of 30 years. This places him in an ideal position to support you and your business with accounting and tax needs, both big and small.
Lee brings a strong professional skillset in Financial Accounting (UK / US GAAP), Costing / Pricing, Commercial Bids, Management Accounting, Internal Control, Statutory Accounting, VAT, and Corporation Tax, alongside experience in process improvement and ERP system implementation.
Clare Marsh-Gardener
Clare has gained extensive experience over the last several decades in both financial and commercial roles spanning businesses both large and small. She has worked across diverse sectors, including healthcare, aerospace and tax consultancy.
This experience has positioned her to be able to provide tailored support across payroll management, self- assessment tax services and bookkeeping.
